Under the GDPR, EEA and UK residents who are Rover users have several rights related to their personal data. The three rights Rover users request most often are:

To make corrections to your personal data, you can reach out to Rover Support from the Help Center. You can also edit your profile at any time by logging in to your account. To update your address, phone number or payment card, follow the steps in this article.
To permanently delete or to request a copy of your data, submit a request through the Privacy Management Centre. Here’s how:
- Navigate to our Privacy Statement and click on the Privacy Management Centre button.
- Select the tab titled Data rights.
You might also find the data you’re looking for (like account information, booking history, messages) by logging in to your Rover account.

Unsubscribe From Marketing Emails
Note: If you opt out of marketing emails, you will still receive transactional emails like booking confirmations.
- To stop receiving all marketing communications from Rover, click this link.
- Enter your email address, then select Unsubscribe.

Opt-in or Opt-out of Cookies
You may opt in or opt out of non-essential cookies at any time. Simply go to our Privacy Statement and click the “Privacy Management Center” button as shown below.
Use the toggles to opt in or out of different types of cookies. Click on each header to learn more about that cookie type and to see what cookies we use. Note that you cannot disable “Strictly Necessary” cookies, as they are essential to the functioning of the Rover site.
